The Journey

In 1990, I immigrated to the United States from Romania in search of better economic opportunities and to escape a rough communism regime. After I arrived in Chicago, Illinois, it took a little bit of time to adapt to a new world and a new lifestyle. I began doing maintenance for an apartment complex. However, as time passed by, my family and I decided to move to Atlanta, Georgia. In doing so, God had arranged me a job at Euro Wood Work, a floor covering company.

Building Your Floor

I worked there for roughly six years and gained a lot of knowledge and experience about the trade and the hardwood flooring business. As time passed, I saw the need for a reliable and customer friendly hardwood flooring company of my own. As a result, in 1996, Euro Wood Floor came into existence. In 2010 we have expanded to a full service flooring company and re-branded to Your Floor.

I am proud to say that today Your Floor serves all of Georgia, meeting customer needs in hardwood floors, tiles, carpet and iron balusters.

Family

I enjoy spending time with my family every opportunity I get and I am really looking forward to my first grand child, Ethan. My wife and I are proud parents of our two, now grown up, boys Ben and Eugene.
