Euro Wood Floors

This was one of our bigger projects completed in the month of February 2011. The customer replaced all the carpet in their home with new solid red oak floors.

This particular project consisted of removing all the carpet (~1000 ft2) from the bedrooms, hallway, family room and living room and replace with solid oak hardwood floors. Furthermore, all the steps were replaced from carpet to wood and new iron spindles installed on the staircase.  In the family room we installed a walnut border to bring out the hardwood floors the room.

Wood Floor Border

The hardwood floor border consisted of six boards running around the edge of the room. Out of the six boards we chose one of them to be an exotic walnut wood that would accentuate the design and compliment our customer's furniture.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Staircase Makeover

This particular project had two sets of staircase, one leading to the front door and the other to the family room. All the steps were carpeted, as a result we removed the carpet and replaced them with solid oak wood floors. We also upgraded the spindles from wood to iron.
